- At Bringout, we are always committed to ensuring that customers receive their orders at the earliest. Soon after the placement of the order, you will receive an email confirming the details of your order.
- As a general practice, sourcing is done from our in-house warehouse, and orders are dispatched within 36-48 hours on a business day.
- Order delivery time for Lahore-based customers is 1-2 business days, whereas for customers out of Lahore it is expected to be 2-4 business days.
- In case an item is out of stock temporarily, we will intimate you via phone call or SMS along with confirmation that how soon will the said item be in-stock again and by when your order will be dispatched.
- In case of unwarranted delay is order delivery, please feel free to email us at firstname.lastname@example.org with your order number or call our Customer Service Desk at +92-326-8525-877 for a status updates regarding your order. - In order to facilitate our customers, at Bringout, we have a very simple exchange policy. Following basic pointers need to be taken care of by our customers in order to exchange the item:
- Exchange can be done within 7 days of Order Placement
- Original packaging to be intact / No tempering with the packaging
- The seal of the product should be intact
- If you have taken care of the above, you follow are following simple steps;
- Send an email at email@example.com and request an exchange
- Mention the reason for item exchange along with the order number for verification purposes along with details of item(s) being exchanged
- Dispatch the original item back to with its original packaging and seal intact at:
- After receiving the item to be exchanged at our location, we will dispatch the desired replacement to your address.
- Any additional cost in terms of the price differential in the item price and/or shipping cost to be borne by the customer.
